5/8" long overall, and believed it to be the smallest completely three dimensional anatomically correct heart available. The perfectly sculpted arteries, valves, ventricles, and atrium are all there, perfectly proportioned to each other and all in the right places. Cast in solid sterling silver. Handmade in Victoria Canada!

This pendant comes standard on a 1.5mm oxidized curb chain in quite a few lengths! Choose your chain length, or order the pendant without a chain.
